What is the AI Rap Video trend?
Last updated:
AI rap videos are short vertical clips where a person appears to rap over a beat. The format travels through trends — a duo clip, a remix, a new sound — and every version is easy to recognise at a glance.
Why it keeps coming back
Rap is lyric-first and hook-first, so a short clip can carry a whole joke or a whole flex. One performer, one beat and a strong hook survive the jump into any new trend.
How people make them
Some record real vocals and film themselves. Others drop a photo into an AI model that performs the verse, which keeps the beat and the camera work without a studio or a shoot.
Do it with AI
With RapReel you upload one photo and receive a vertical clip in which you perform the verse. Choose a short hook or the full length and share it straight away.
